The Gazelle
One day, a herd of gazelle, were out on the African Plains, when they came to a river, they needed to cross, but saw lions, a’shaking their manes.
Well, gazelles, they are not very bright, and they froze on the spot in great fright. Till one small gazelle, she was brave, and decided the others to save.
Come on, we must cross, she did say. We must not wait around to be prey. I will go first, follow me. And they did. And they made it, you see.
Sometimes, truesay, it does not go too well, for that brave, and that spirited little gazelle. But at least she tries, and is not afraid. And sometimes, she wins, and the whole herd are saved…
